McCook, NE (Travel to Benkelman office required on Tuesdays) About Us We are a privately owned, family-focused vision clinic dedicated to providing every patient with a five-star experience. Position Summary We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Pre-Test Technician . While your primary responsibilities will focus on preparing patients for their eye exams, this is not just a pre-test position. We are looking for someone who is excited to become a fully cross-trained member of our team. As you become comfortable in your role, you will receive training in additional areas of the practice, including front desk responsibilities and optical. We value team members who are flexible, eager to learn, and willing to jump in wherever needed to provide an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities Welcome patients and prepare them for their eye examination. Perform pre-testing using specialized ophthalmic equipment. Accurately document patient information. Assist the doctors and clinical team throughout the day. Learn and perform responsibilities in additional departments through cross-training. Help maintain clean, organized exam and testing areas. Provide exceptional customer service to every patient. Work collaboratively with all team members to ensure a smooth patient experience. Qualifications Friendly, compassionate, and professional attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable learning new technology and medical equipment. Dependable with a strong work ethic. Previous medical, healthcare, or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we are happy to train the right person. Travel Requirement This position requires travel to our Benkelman office every Tuesday . Reliable transportation is required. Why Join Our Team? Pay:
$15.00 - $19.00 per hour
