Duties Gather patient history and update medical/ocular information Perform automated and manual pre-test procedures, incluing visual acuities, authrefraction, tonometry, and retinal imaging Ability to maintain medical records according to HIPPA regulations accurately and ensure confidentiality and data privacy Assist team members with front office responsibilities including greeting patients, repsonding to patient inquiries via phone and text messages, scheduling appointments, and preparing charts Office Hours Monday 9-5; Tuesday 9-6; Wednesday CLOSED; Thursday 9-5; Friday 8-4; Saturday 9-12 Noon; Sunday CLOSED Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced clinic setting while maintaining attention to detail Proficiency in computer applications and software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Join us in delivering outstanding eye care through energetic teamwork and meticulous service!
