Job Description

Pay is based on years of experience and skill level. Candidates should have no less than 6 months experience working in the field of ophthalmology or optometry, the ability to succeed in a fast paced environment, and enjoy patient advocacy, as well as team work. Professionalism, empathy and compassion for patients, as well as exceptional intrapersonal skills are required. •Applicants must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license as some travel between offices is required •Two office locations 3545 Lincoln Way East Massillon, Ohio 44646 1605 Portage RD NW North Canton, Ohio 44720 Responsibilities include: Accurately and efficiently performing/obtaining: chief complaint, history of present illness, visual acuity neutralization of glasses prescription manifest refraction auto refraction assessment of pupils, confrontation fields, and anterior chamber depth scribing A-scans visual field, fundus photography, OCT, topography, and pachymetry testing, applanation, tonopen and/or Icare tonometry assisting in minor in office surgeries, sterilization of surgical instruments Benefits for full time employees include: All Benefits are adjusted if not working 30+ hours PTO (80 hours 1st year) 6 Paid Holidays 401(k) and Profit Sharing (very generous employer contribution!!!) Work Remotely No Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
