Optometry Clinic Technician

A busy, multi-doctor optometry practice in Northwest Oklahoma City is seeking a full-time Clinic Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, energetic, and patient-focused.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a medical or patient-care setting preferred Experience in an optometry or ophthalmology practice is highly desirable Familiarity with OfficeMate and/or MaximEyes practice management software is a plus Strong computer skills and attention to detail Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent patient communication skills Ability to work comfortably with patients of all ages, from infants to seniors Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Performing initial patient workups Obtaining and documenting patient case histories Entering accurate data into electronic medical records Operating diagnostic equipment, including auto-refractors, topograhpers, OCT, and fundus photography Assisting doctors and supporting clinical workflow as needed

Schedule Requirements:

This is a full-time position requiring availability for the following hours:

Monday-Thursday:

8:00 AM - 6:00

PM Friday:

7:00 AM - 11:00 AM Applicants must be able to work this schedule consistently. Please do not apply if these hours are not feasible.
