Job Overview Join our dynamic ophthalmology team as an Ophthalmic Imaging Technician, where your expertise will directly enhance patient care through precise diagnostic imaging and clinical support. In this vital role, you will operate advanced ophthalmic diagnostic equipment and ensure seamless management of electronic health records. Responsibilities Prepare patients for ophthalmic examinations by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort throughout the process Operate ophthalmic diagnostic imaging equipment such as Lenstar, Pentacam, OCT, and Optos devices. Manage electronic health records (EHR) efficiently, ensuring all patient information is accurately documented in compliance with HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies Support patient service by providing compassionate care, answering questions, and maintaining a professional environment focused on patient care and confidentiality Qualifications Knowledge of ophthalmic diagnostic imaging equipment is a plus but is not required.
