Ophthalmic Technician/Scribe $20-$25/hr | Lancaster, PA | Full-Time Busy single-physician retina practice in Lancaster, PA is seeking an experienced Ophthalmic Technician to join our high-volume clinic. COA certification and/or prior ophthalmic experience is preferred. Retina experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate. Job Responsibilities Perform patient workups (visual acuity, IOP, histories) Conduct ophthalmic testing and retinal imaging Prepare patients for exams, injections, and procedures Assist physician as needed during in-office procedures Document accurately in EMR Maintain efficient patient flow in a fast-paced environment Provide excellent, compassionate patient care Qualifications Ophthalmic technician experience preferred Retina experience a plus (training available) Strong attention to detail and efficiency Professional, patient-focused demeanor EMR experience preferred Compensation & Benefits $20-$25 per hour , based on experience and certification Full-time, stable position Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunity to specialize in retina Benefits available
