Overview Job description The Ophthalmic Technician/Optician plays a vital role in supporting eye care professionals within a small team setting. This position involves patient interaction, pre-testing, eyeglass selection, and optical sales, all while using automated diagnostic machines and electronic health records systems. The environment is a small office with a medium patient volume of 10-20 patients per day, offering opportunities for career advancement and requiring strong multitasking skills.
