We encourage anyone with a great attitude, good computer skills, and the ability to multitask to apply! Diverse duties keep the day moving along.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Helping patients with frame and lens selection in a polite, informative way.
- Ordering glasses with accuracy, taking the proper measurements, and applying the proper managed care plans if applicable.
- Verifying and dispensing glasses and contact lenses in accordance with professional standards and in compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
- Performing machine testing including autorefraction, OCT, retinal photos, and visual fields.
- Light reception duties, schedule appointments, customer service for patients in need.
