Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, positive candidate that is well organized and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This position
REQUIRES
travel back and forth to both Columbia, S.C. Offices (Harbison, Two Notch locations). This position is to assist the optometrist with various tasks relating to patients. Our mission is to give patients a unique experience with their eye care professional. We encourage employees to succeed and to have a positive impact on each person they encounter. We are a great team at Martinez Eye Associates and would like to add another member to our growing business! Responsibilities and Duties Conducting diagnostic tests, recording and measuring vision, testing eye function, instructing patients on inserting and caring for contact lenses, preparing examination rooms, cleaning and arranging equipment, answering phones, Scheduling appointments, bookkeeping/verifying insurance, and other tasks as needed. A person with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills that can show compassion to our patients. Qualifications and Skills High School Diploma or G.E.D.
