Job Description
We are a busy optometry practice with an outstanding reputation for excellence in patient care and customer service, and we are looking for someone to join our team ASAP! We are currently searching for a friendly, enthusiastic person with excellent customer service skills and attention to detail to help at the front desk and perform preliminary testing for the doctor. Responsibilities will include pretesting patients for the doctor, checking patients in and out, verifying insurance, answering phones,making appointments and assisting patients and staff with other ancillary tasks. Experience in the optical field is a plus, but willing to train someone who has the right personality. The ideal candidate must be polished, professional, and possess outstanding people skills . We need someone with a true desire to help others! We are searching for a PT candidate. This position will include Tues ( 9:45-6:00 Wed( 9:45-6:00) , Fri ( 9:45-6:00) Saturdays (~9:00-5:00) and ~1-2 Sundays per month . Please send resume along with salary expectations.
