Today, our team includes more than 660 employees across 26 locations. We are looking to add an experienced Bilingual Retina Ophthalmic Technician & Scribe to our growing Retina team. Position Details Full-time, Monday through Friday Travel required between multiple locations in the greater Houston area Mileage reimbursement provided What You'll Do Perform scribing by accurately documenting physician-patient encounters in the electronic medical record (EMR) Record patient medical histories and prepare patients for exams Perform diagnostic testing, including: Visual Acuity (VA) Tonometry OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography) IOL Master Topography Visual Field Testing Fundus Photography Support physicians during retinal exams and procedures What We're Looking For 2+ years of retina ophthalmic technician experience required Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Experience with electronic medical records preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care We expect dependability, flexibility, and integrity from our staff.
