DUTIES:

• Perform preliminary testing on patients
• Assist with patient intake, including gathering medical history and chief complaint.
• Conduct diagnostic tests such as tonometry and visual field testing.
• Assist with contact lens fittings and instructions for proper use and care.
• Clean and maintain equipment and instruments used in patient care.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience as an Optometric Technician or in a similar role is preferred but not necessary.
• Knowledge of medical billing procedures and insurance verification is preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling phone calls.

Pay:

$17.00
