Senior Retina Ophthalmic Technician (COT or
CRT REQUIRED
) Winchester, VA - Woodstock, VA - Martinsburg, WV | Full-Time Retina Associates is seeking an experienced Senior Retina Ophthalmic Technician to join our retina specialty team. This role is ideally suited for a highly skilled technician who is passionate about patient care, clinical excellence, and supporting the diagnosis and treatment of complex retinal diseases. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree COT or CRT certification
REQUIRED
5+ years of retina experience Experience with OCT, fundus photography, retinal imaging, and injection support Strong EMR documentation and scribing skills Excellent communication and patient care skills Responsibilities Perform comprehensive retina patient workups Conduct OCT and retinal imaging Assist with intravitreal injections and in-office procedures Document visits and scribe for physicians Educate patients on retinal conditions and treatments Maintain accurate records and support efficient patient flow What We Offer Competitive compensation Benefits package Paid time off Continuing education and certification support Monday-Friday schedule Professional, team-oriented environment About Retina Associates For more than 30 years, Retina Associates has provided advanced retinal care throughout the Shenandoah Valley and surrounding region.
