Job Description

Immediate Hiring For Poly Operator/Machine Operator In Royal City!! Pay- 28$/h Shift- Night 10-12 hours Shift Job Summary The Optical Grading System Operator is responsible for efficiently operating and optimizing optical sorting systems to achieve targeted throughput, yield, and quality standards. This role includes system setup, calibration, and product changeovers, while ensuring compliance with GMP, HACCP, and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities Operate and fine-tune optical grading systems to meet production, yield, and quality objectives. Monitor system performance and product quality, making real-time adjustments to defect detection, sizing, color models, and reject parameters. Troubleshoot and maintain optical sorting equipment, resolving mechanical, electrical, software, and calibration issues. Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to address and resolve technical challenges. Maintain accurate documentation, support training initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Identify and implement opportunities to enhance efficiency, consistency, and equipment uptime. Required Skills Strong mechanical aptitude and technical expertise with automated production and inspection systems. Experience operating and optimizing optical sorting equipment. Ability to analyze system performance data and adhere to detailed SOPs. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to provide effective technical support. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance. Additional Qualifications Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, or seasonal manufacturing environments. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach. Willingness to support training initiatives and continuous improvement activities. Why Join Us? Work Environment This role is based in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with flexible shift options:
Day Shift:
9:00 AM - 7:00
PM Night Shift:
6:00 PM - 4:00 AM Schedules may include options such as Monday-Wednesday/Tuesday, Thursday-Saturday/Wednesday-Saturday, and rotating weeks with one flexible day. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Royal City, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
