The successful candidate will be able to transcribe the patient exam, perform diagnostic tests, and demonstrate ophthalmic knowledge. Preferred candidate will demonstrate experience in medical assisting and clerical duties such as prescription refills, triage, and referral coordination for patient specialty services. Must have superior customer service and communication skills, be detail oriented with a high level of accuracy in work. Candidate must type 50+ words per minutes and possess strong computer skills. Candidate must also be a strong team player with the ability to effectively coordinate work with others and have strong interpersonal skills.
