We are seeking an experienced Optician who is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping patients look and see their best. Optical & Patient Care Guide patients through frame and lens selection based on their prescription, lifestyle, and visual needs Educate patients on lens technology, coatings, and eyewear options Take accurate optical measurements including PD and segment heights Process eyewear orders and ensure accuracy with labs Front Office Support Answer patient calls and assist with scheduling appointments Check patients in and out while providing excellent customer service Enter and maintain patient information in our EMR system Process payments and assist with insurance verification when needed Clinical & Operational Support Assist with pre-testing, including auto-refraction and retinal imaging (training available) Maintain organized patient files and documentation Support day-to-day office operations and maintain a clean, professional environment Work closely with doctors and team members to ensure a smooth patient experience What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of optical or optician experience (required) Strong knowledge of frames, lenses, and eyewear sales Excellent customer service and communication skills Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience with optical equipment such as auto-refractors or retinal imaging systems is a plus but not required. 9:30 AM•5:30

PM Saturdays:
