Full-Time Are you a friendly, outgoing person who enjoys helping others and paying attention to details? We are looking for a motivated Optical Assistant to join our team. No prior optical experience is required—we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients with a positive and professional attitude Help patients select eyewear that meets their needs and lifestyle Schedule appointments and manage patient records Assist with frame adjustments, fittings, and basic optical tasks Verify orders and ensure accuracy of patient information Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming optical environment Provide exceptional customer service throughout the patient experience
Qualifications:
Friendly, personable, and professional demeanor Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Previous customer service or retail experience is helpful but not required
