Role:

We're looking for a smart, friendly, and coachable Optician who loves helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll guide patients through their eyewear choices, ensure accurate measurements, and work closely with doctors and lab partners to provide stylish, high-quality glasses. Whether you're experienced or brand new to optical—we'll train the right person who is motivated to learn, connect, and grow.

What You'll Be Doing:

️ Eyewear Styling & Sales Help patients select frames and lenses based on prescription needs, face shape, lifestyle, and personal style. Order Accuracy & Communication Ensure all frame/lens orders are accurate and clearly communicated to labs and patients. Measurements & Adjustments Take PDs, OC heights, segment heights, and perform frame adjustments with precision.

Introduce patients to multiple pair options (computer, sun, sport), explain benefits simply, and help grow our business.

Assist with frame inventory, order status tracking, and notifying patients when their eyewear is ready.

From check-in to pickup, your positive attitude helps patients feel confident and cared for.

We'll train the right person! You just need to bring the right attitude, work ethic, and a desire to grow. Experience in retail, healthcare, customer service, or sales is a plus.
