Help us support our motto, "Every Patient, Every Time". Responsibilities Assist patients in selecting and fitting eyewear, including spectacle lenses and frames, ensuring optimal comfort and style. Dispense glasses accurately by interpreting prescriptions, performing eyewear adjustments, and verifying lens specifications. Conduct comprehensive eyewear fittings and frame adjustments to meet individual needs and preferences. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining optical options, and guiding patients through their choices confidently. Requirements Proven experience in optical retail or clinical settings with knowledge of optometry principles. Strong understanding of optics, physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to eye care. Experience with spectacle lens dispensing, eyewear fittings, frame adjustments. Ability to operate EMR/EHR systems like Officemate or similar platforms. Excellent customer service skills combined with retail sales experience; ability to communicate complex information clearly. $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
