You will be a part of an office where patients enjoy visiting, where employees are smart and dependable, and strive to have a job well done. Our team focuses on providing the best customer service and patient experience. The ideal candidate must be focused, friendly and caring, a team player who enjoys helping others; should have the ability to sell and service eyeglasses with a commitment to provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities Patient Consultations:
Guide patients through frame and lens selection based on their lifestyle, visual needs, and prescription requirements.
Precision Dispensing:
Perform accurate measurements, adjustments, and repairs of eyewear to ensure an optimal fit.
Lab Work & Verification:
Verify incoming finished eyewear to strict quality standards; edging and mounting experience is a plus.
Administrative Support:
Manage frame inventory, handle insurance verification, process orders, and maintain a clean, organized optical gallery.
Patient Education:
Explain lens treatments, coatings, and contact lens handling to ensure a seamless patient experience.
What We Are Looking For Experience:
2 to 3 years of hands-on optical retail or private practice experience.
Technical Skill:
Deep knowledge of ophthalmic lenses, frames, progressive designs, and anti-reflective coatings.
Customer Service:
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
Team Player:
Ability to work collaboratively in a setting where every team member makes a direct impact.
Availability:
Must be available to work on Saturday from 9am to 2pm. • Experience with Compulink system is a plus.
