Optician / Optical Stylist - Private Practice | Coeur d'Alene, ID Ironwood Vision Center Ironwood Vision Center is seeking a professional, service-oriented Optician / Optical Stylist to join our private practice in Coeur d'Alene. We are focused on delivering a premium eyewear experience through personalized service, quality products, and attention to detail. Responsibilities Assist patients with frame and lens selection based on lifestyle and prescription Recommend premium lens options (progressives, AR coatings, specialty lenses) Take accurate measurements and ensure proper fit and comfort Adjust, repair, and troubleshoot eyewear Deliver a high-level, patient-centered experience Qualifications Optician experience or background in retail/consultative sales preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented and professional ABO certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Performance-based incentives PTO and employee eyewear benefits 401k CE and certification support Schedule Full-time preferred (4-5 days/week)
