We have been in practice for over 5 years and continue to passionately educate our patients on eye health practices. We are looking for a positive, motivated and energetic Assitant Manager who desires to grow and advance with our practice.
Responsibilities include:
Review Physician's prescriptions and order based on medical charts Operate automated lensometer and other tools to achieve proper fittings for patients Sales and dispensing of glasses and contact lenses Educate patients on their corrective lens options and help them make a choice that fits their medical needs as well as lifestyle preferences Track and implement KPIs/goals Create progress reports Provide honest but compassionate feedback about aesthetic choices in frames Making frame adjustments and repairs as needed Pretesting using auto-refractor, visual field analyzer, retinal camera (Optos) Bilingual preferred (Spanish) Experience preferred
