Optician -
Small, Private Optometry Practice Location:
Chesterton, IN Job Type:
Part-time (20-30 hours per week)
Pay:
Competitive, based on experience We are a small, private optometry practice seeking a friendly, reliable Optician to join our team. Our office is known for providing personalized, high-quality eye care in a warm, welcoming environment. Responsibilities:
Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses that suit their needs Perform eyewear fittings and adjustments Process orders and manage inventory Verify insurance and assist with billing Support front desk and general office duties as needed
Qualifications:
Previous optician experience preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable with basic computer systems and office technology
