If you're a people person who enjoys helping others, has a great eye for style, and loves making customers feel confident, you may be a great fit for our team. Optical experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person! As a Frame Stylist, you'll help patients find eyewear that fits their style, personality, and needs while providing an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
Helping patients select frames that suit their style and prescription needs Providing friendly, personalized customer service Taking measurements and assisting with frame fittings and adjustments Assisting with optical sales and product recommendations Maintaining an organized and welcoming optical area Supporting the team with day-to-day office needs We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with people Fashion-conscious with an eye for style Patient, personable, and genuinely enjoys helping others Reliable, professional, and a positive team player Comfortable learning new skills and systems Optical experience preferred, but not required — we are willing to train the right person What we offer: Competitive pay Good benefits A friendly, close-knit work environment Training and opportunities to learn and grow If you're someone who loves working with people and would enjoy helping patients find eyewear they love, we'd love to meet you!
