In this role, you will collect patient information, process patient admissions, and be responsible for the general organization and maintenance of patient records. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Responsibilities Follow all office procedures in the accurate maintenance of patient records Deliver medical charts to various office departments Ensure all patient paperwork is completed and submitted in an accurate and timely manner File patient medical records and information Maintain the confidentiality of all patient medical records and information Provide office departments with appropriate documents and forms Process patient admissions and discharge records Other administrative and clerical duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience as a Medical Records Clerk or in a similar role is preferred Knowledge of medical terminology and administrative processes Familiarity with information management programs, Microsoft Office, and other computer programs Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
