Specs Eyewear Studio, an independent optical boutique located in Commerce Twp is looking for an energetic, friendly, motivated, and customer service-oriented individual to join our family! As an Optician/Dispenser at Specs, you will be a part of our comprehensive eye health team. This position is a potential flex position with time split between Specs and another location in Sylvan Lake. Responsibilities Must posses excellent phone/communication skills, computer proficiency, and be detail oriented. Provide exceptional customer service and knowledge in all areas related to eyeglasses and contact lenses. Eyewear selection, fitting, and measurements based on individual optical prescriptions. Adjust and repair eyewear. Perform contact lens training. Answer phone calls, respond to patient questions as needed, and schedule appointments. General office cleaning and product merchandising. Full-time, Flexible schedule: 30-36 hours - Optical experience preferred.
