Optician / Optical Sales Associate Will Train

We are a high-volume eye clinic looking for the right candidate to join our team! Our office is a fast-paced fun environment where attention to detail, a positive attitude, and teamwork are essential. This position combines customer service, sales, and patient care. We are willing to train the right individual, so previous optical experience is not required. If you enjoy helping people, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a customer-focused environment we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assisting patients in selecting eyewear based on style, fit, and visual needs Educating patients on frame and lens options Taking accurate measurements and placing orders with our optical lab Dispensing and adjusting completed eyewear Providing exceptional customer service throughout the patient experience Working closely with all team members to ensure efficient patient care

Qualifications:

Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Basic math and computer skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Come join our team of highly motivated eye care professionals and build a rewarding career in the optical industry!
