Job Description

Performance Eyecare is looking for a hands on, goal oriented optician who loves people, drives results, and keeps a busy optometry office moving. We are looking for someone who loves people, enjoys sales, takes pride in follow through, and can keep a busy optical moving. This is not a "just take the order" position. We want someone who can connect with patients, explain value, support office goals, and jump in wherever the team needs help. Our Culture At Performance Eyecare, we work hard, care deeply, and believe the patient experience matters just as much as the eye exam itself. We are a fast paced, people focused practice where teamwork is everything. Some days are busy, some days are unpredictable, and the best team members do not wait to be asked. They see what needs to be done and help move the office forward. Our culture is built around our
