is a busy and growing independent eye care and retail optical practice in the beautiful Lakes Region of NH. We are looking for a motivated, positive and energetic optical professional to join our team. Our salary and benefits package is very competitive, based upon prior experience, certification and willingness to learn. American Board of Opticians (ABO) certification is not required but training towards that goal is encouraged. Individuals with sales experience and interest in branching into the optical industry are encouraged to apply. You will be working with a team of professionals who are positive and supportive. We provide a working environment that encourages long-term employment so that we may maintain the best and most committed staff possible. Working hours will be Monday through Friday. Our optical dispensary includes a wide range of product, ranging from premium to value. We deal in high quality eyewear and lenses at all price points, all current styles, with a trend towards newer fashion forward designs from smaller independent companies. We represent 14 independent brands from mainland Europe, Britain, and Japan. Our in-house lens production lab allows us to provide personalized care and convenience for our patients, who have valued this service for many years. Cross training for work in our professional eye care division will be provided as well. These responsibilities will include administrative, insurance, patient pre-testing and specialty testing, contact lens management and insurance billing. This gives a well rounded arena of learning that allows our team members to provide best patient care where needed.
