As a Sunglass Sales Super Star, you'll be the go-to expert for helping customers select stylish, high-quality sunglasses while providing an engaging shopping experience that keeps them coming back. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation Demonstrate extensive knowledge of sunglass styles, brands, and features to educate customers effectively Assist customers in selecting sunglasses that complement their face shape, lifestyle, and personal style Drive sales by applying retail math principles and upselling complementary accessories or lens options Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure displays are attractive, organized, and inviting Process transactions accurately using POS systems while adhering to all retail policies Stay informed about the latest trends in fashion eyewear and industry innovations to provide expert advice Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within optical or fashion accessories environments Strong knowledge of optical terminology, anatomy (face shape), and physiology related to eyewear fitting Familiarity with EMR systems or REV software is a plus but not required Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate customers on product features and benefits Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude Enthusiasm for fashion trends combined with a professional appearance and friendly demeanor Join us as a Sunglass Sales Super Star where your energy fuels customer satisfaction!
