Responsibilities Job Duties May Include:

Guide patients through frame and lens selection based on prescription, lifestyle, and visual needs Confidently recommend premium products and solutions that improve patient outcomes Ensure eyewear orders are processed accurately and completed in a timely manner Perform adjustments, repairs, and dispensing of completed glasses Maintain awareness of promotions, product offerings, and optical sales goals Follow up on eyewear orders and communicate proactively with patients Keep frame boards stocked, organized, and visually appealing Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless and positive patient experience

Skills & Qualifications Skills/ Requirements:

Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable making recommendations and guiding purchase decisions Positive, energetic personality with a goal-oriented mindset Ability to stay organized and productive in a fast-paced environment Basic computer comfort and willingness to learn new systems Experience in optical, retail sales, hospitality, fine dining service, or other customer-facing roles is strongly preferred. Spanish language skills are a plus.
