We work with high end luxury brands, including Cartier, Chrome Hearts, Maybach, JMM & we specialize in frames made from buffalo horn. We do not work with vision insurance. •The pay is commensurate with expertise and also includes commission on each transaction. LDO's starting pay is $35/hour. For unlicensed opticians, $23/hour. The earning potential with our commission program is unparalleled in the industry.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Drive personal and team sales. Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPI's. Utilize downtime to complete with daily operational tasks. Uphold brand standards-ensuring merchandising, cleanliness, and display of the store. Individualized concierge style client interactions. Clienteling and reach out. Flexibility assisting at other close by stores when needed. Weekend flexibility is required.
