About us Eye Co. is a small, growing private optometry practice in Columbus, OH. We are professional, agile, and innovative, with a focus on exceptional eyecare and personalized patient experiences. Our mission is to help patients continue to love their eyes with us.

Modern office setting Growth opportunities On-the-job and virtual training Community involvement We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated team member who enjoys working with the public and is willing to cross-train in multiple areas of the office. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, comfortable using a computer, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Prior optometric or optical experience is preferred, but not required for candidates with strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting patients with frame and lens selection Ordering eyeglasses, lenses, and contact lenses Providing pre- and post-exam assistance and patient follow-up Answering phones and supporting front desk duties as needed Confirming patient benefits and billing office visit claims Supporting social media content creation Assisting with Dry Eye MedSpa services Communicating with doctors and team members regarding patient needs Educating patients on eyewear care, contact lenses, and available services This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth within a supportive and patient-focused practice.

$14.00 - $21.00 per hour
