What You'll Do Help patients choose frames and lenses that fit their needs and style, build connections with patients Provide exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations Perform eyewear adjustments and minor repairs Maintain optical inventory and displays Work closely with doctors and team members to support patient care Cross-train in other departments for career growth What We're Looking For A couple years of optical experience is preferred (customer service or sales experience preferred), willing to train!
