We are seeking an experienced optician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the sale of eyeglass frame and lens, as well as experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized advice and guidance to our clients, assisting them in finding the perfect eyewear that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients Assist clients in selecting eyewear that suits their needs and preferences Accurately measure and fit eyewear to ensure a comfortable and proper fit Provide guidance and advice to clients regarding frame and lens options, based on their prescription and preferences Process orders, including placing orders for lenses and frames, and managing product delivery and returns Maintain knowledge of current eyewear trends, styles, and technologies to provide up-to-date recommendations to clients Work collaboratively with the store team to ensure all sales goals and customer satisfaction targets are achieved Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and showroom

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in eyewear sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience in providing five-star luxury customer service, with a proven ability to build long-lasting customer relationships Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately measure and fit eyewear to ensure proper vision correction and comfort Knowledge of lens and frame materials, and the ability to provide recommendations based on customer needs and preferences Experience working with prescription lenses and a thorough understanding of lens options and coatings Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively and professionally communicate with customers, colleagues, and management Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and to collaborate effectively with colleagues A passion for fashion and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest eyewear trends and technologies Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends If you are a highly motivated and experienced Eyewear Advisor with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
