From assisting customers with glasses or just giving them a hand while they shop, you're going to be a key player in making sure they have a great experience!

Responsibilities of Optical Sales Associate:

Greet each customer and assess their specific needs. Take measurements, which includes assessing visual sharpness and measuring the pupillary distance, in order to help patients choose eyewear. Speak with the labs to check on orders and relay important updates to patients in a timely manner. Work with other employees and the doctor to ensure exceptional customer service.
