Non-licensed Optician Johnson City, TN 37604 From $18 an hour - Full-time From $18 an hour - Full-time Looking to join a fast-paced, but growing eye care practice with a family oriented outlook? I Care Vision Associates is now hiring one full-time Optician. Licensing is not required, we train our own way! Experience is preferred. We are looking for an optician that can: Provide friendly, quality customer service while assisting with fitting, dispensing and troubleshooting patient issues. Must be able to adjust, measure, and repair frames and lenses. Adequately maintain inventory, organize frame displays, maintain/oversee the sales floor, receive and stock all products and work with frame reps/labs. Edge quality lens jobs with wet edger, check out outgoing jobs with manual lensometer, verify prescriptions, outside jobs, and hard contact lenses. Assist in taking payments, checking patients out, and putting all orders into the system (Revolution EHR). We offer competitive compensation, along with a robust benefits package.
