We are looking to hire an additional team member for our Optometry / Optical practice. The primary focuses are but not limited to: frame adjustments and repairs, using a lensometer, prescription interpretation, answering phones, making appointments, insurance verification, cash/payment handling, data entry, and creating an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications:

• Reliable with excellent attendance
• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Must either be strong in sales and customer interactions or have previous optical experience.
• Must be outgoing, professional, and enthusiastic.
• Must demonstrate proficiency with PC systems and basic applications
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Detail orientated and organized
• Ability to work independently and/or part of a team
• Ability to multi-task
• friendly, enthusiastic, motivated
• Willing to provide customer services beyond expectation.
