- Pharr, TX Flores Optical is looking for a motivated, friendly, and professional team member to join our growing optical family. We are seeking someone who enjoys helping people, has excellent customer service skills, and is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with a positive attitude.
- Help patients select frames, lenses, and lens options that best fit their needs.
- Educate customers on lens coatings, progressive lenses, photochromic lenses, and other optical products.
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to customer inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising.
- Follow company procedures and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Work as a team to achieve sales goals and provide an exceptional customer experience. Qualifications
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
