Job Description
Looking for a people loving, customer service oriented, fashion forward individual to join our small and fun work family. Responsibilities include but not limited to: . Help patients choose their eyewear
- Help with dispensing, adjustments of eye wear
- Help with management of frame display area, decorate display area, inventory, cleanliness
- Check finished jobs weekly and contact patients who have not yet picked up their order; mail frames that have been paid for and not picked up after 1 month
- Assist in checking of lab invoices and billings, making sure we were correctly billed
- Research, organize, and put the inventory on the computer
- Answer incoming phone calls if you are not assisting a patient
- Assist reception to check in and check out, schedule patient appointments We offer 401K, health benefits, PTO, holiday pay and more.
