Job Description
We train the necessary eye care skills, starting at $15/hr. Raises are given based on performance and experience. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, no nights or weekends. Employees are scheduled to work 4 full days and 1 half-day per week. We offer paid time off plus 9 paid Holidays. We are looking for an outgoing, compassionate person with a strong customer service background and desire to make our patients happy. Must love working with people and be genuinely positive and enthusiastic. Tasks include, but are not limited to: Answering the phone and greeting patients. Pre-testing patients prior to examination. Scheduling appointments and verifying insurance. Billing patients and filing their insurance. Training contact lens insertion and removal. Frame styling and selling glasses. Adjusting glasses and verifying prescriptions. Keeping the office clean and orderly.
