Full-Time (Part-Time considered for the right candidate)
Compensation:
$24-$32/hour based on experience, plus performance bonuses, annual reviews, and opportunities for advancement. Join a Boutique Practice That Values Growth Luxe Eye & Wellness is a boutique private optometry practice located in the heart of beautiful Historic Old Town Alexandria. We combine exceptional medical eye care with luxury eyewear, dry eye treatment, and an elevated patient experience. We are looking for someone who wants more than "just an optical job." Our ideal team member enjoys learning, takes initiative, and wants to grow alongside a thriving private practice. This is a cross-trained position. While your primary responsibility is optical, every member of our team helps create an outstanding patient experience. What You'll Do Optical & Patient Care Assist patients with luxury frame styling and personalized lens recommendations Educate patients on premium lens technology and eyewear options Perform frame adjustments, repairs, fittings, and quality checks Deliver an exceptional luxury optical experience from start to finish Optical Operations Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock levels Order frames and lenses Communicate with vendors and laboratories Maintain an organized, attractive optical gallery Monitor merchandising and displays Practice Support Cross-train in front desk, scheduling, insurance collection, and patient communication Assist with patient flow during busy clinic hours Help improve office efficiency and workflows Support teammates wherever needed to provide an exceptional patient experience Who You Are You enjoy helping people and naturally take ownership of your work.
