What You'll Do Optical & Patient Care Assist patients with luxury frame styling and personalized lens recommendations Educate patients on premium lens technology and eyewear options Perform frame adjustments, repairs, fittings, and quality checks Deliver an exceptional luxury optical experience from start to finish Optical Operations Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock levels Order frames and lenses Communicate with vendors and laboratories Maintain an organized, attractive optical gallery Monitor merchandising and displays Practice Support Cross-train in front desk, scheduling, insurance collection, and patient communication Assist with patient flow during busy clinic hours Help improve office efficiency and workflows Support teammates wherever needed to provide an exceptional patient experience Who You Are You enjoy helping people and naturally take ownership of your work.
