Job description: Part-Time Optometrist - Veterans Exams | $800/Day | Mobile Conduct non-treatment disability eye exams for U.S. Veterans in a structured, low-volume clinical environment. This position is focused strictly on evaluations—no prescribing, treatment, refraction, or follow-up care required.
Schedule:
Part-time 2 days per week Flexible scheduling 1-5 exams per day
Compensation:
$800 per day Predictable schedule and consistent workload
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive eye exams for disability evaluations Complete standardized electronic documentation No refractions, treatment, or ongoing care
Requirements:
Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree Active Alabama optometry license Basic EMR proficiency Professional, compassionate approach with
