Rate:

$123.00 per hour

Schedules:

Mon-Fri -any 1-2 days during the week 7A-5P No weekends Federal Holidays off Bi-weekly pay

Responsibilities:

Visual Acuity, History, Visual Field Services with appropriate diagnostic equipment Preliminary Testing Cover Test at 20' and 16

Near Point Convergence Rotations Pupils Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience within the last 36 months (3yrs) as an Optometrist with an Active California OPT license BLS from AHA Must have their own malpractice insurance
