Associate Optometrist (OD) - Part-Time → Full-Time Growth Opportunity California Oaks Vision Center of Optometry Murrieta, CA Who We Are At California Oaks Vision Center of Optometry, we believe optometry is not just clinical — it's deeply human . This is a "do it right" environment . The Opportunity We are seeking an Associate Optometrist to join our team starting part-time , with a pathway to full-time . This role is ideal for a doctor who: Wants mentorship and growth Values patient relationships over volume Is excited to practice at a higher level clinically and experientially Practice in an upscale technologically advanced office What Makes This Different 20-minute comprehensive exams with strong support staff Full scribe support (focus on patient care, not typing) Advanced technology integrated into care: Optos widefield imaging OCT (iWellness) Topography Automated Phoropters Dry eye diagnostics & treatment (IPL, LLLT, MiBo) A culture built around intentional communication, patient trust, and excellence What You'll Do Deliver comprehensive eye exams with a focus on education and experience Diagnose and manage ocular disease Prescribe with confidence Collaborate with a highly trained team for seamless patient flow Build long-term patient relationships rooted in trust Provide exceptional patient experiences What We're Looking For California-licensed Optometrist (or pending) Strong clinical foundation with desire to grow Excellent communication skills Someone who values the patient relationship and experience Someone interested in pediatrics, disease, specialty contact lenses and general practice
Schedule Start:
