Could move into a full-time role for the right candidate as the practice grows. Located inside Costco in Pleasanton, our office offers a strong patient base, modern equipment, and a supportive team environment with an efficient clinical workflow. This is a great opportunity for an optometrist looking for flexibility, consistent patient flow, and a positive workplace culture. What We Offer Competitive daily compensation + production bonus structure Flexible part-time scheduling Established and high-volume patient base Experienced support staff and efficient workflow Modern diagnostic equipment Mix of routine vision care and medical optometry Professional, team-oriented environment Schedule 2-3 days per week Flexible weekday scheduling At least 2 Saturdays per month required Responsibilities Comprehensive eye exams Contact lens evaluations and fittings Medical eye care and follow-up visits Diagnosis and management of ocular conditions Patient education and treatment recommendations Working collaboratively with support staff to maintain efficient patient flow Qualifications Active California Optometry license Glaucoma certification required
Preferred:
