About Gulfcoast Eye Care We're a patient-first practice serving the Crystal River and Hudson communities, built on strong referral relationships and a reputation for quality care. As we grow across the region, we're looking for an Optometrist who wants to grow with us.
The Role Primary location:
Crystal River — 5 days/week Secondary coverage: Hudson — occasional weekdays as needed Full scope optometric practice: comprehensive eye exams, medical eye care, contact lens fittings, and co-management with our ophthalmology partners Supportive clinical and administrative team so you can focus on patient care Where This Role Can Take You This isn't just a two-office role. Gulfcoast Eye Care is actively expanding, and we want our Optometrists to grow alongside the practice — whether that means taking on a lead clinical role, helping shape care at a new location, or stepping into broader responsibility as we add sites. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: equivalent to $900-$1,100/day Production bonus: 23% of collections, paid out as a biweekly draw Sign-on bonus opportunity
