CustomEyes is a private practice with 9 locations in the Chicago area. We focus on comprehensive eye care within a high end optical environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive eye care services, including vision examinations, diagnosis, and treatment of visual disorders. All locations are one lane facilities that see approximately 10-15 patients per day. The lanes are equipped with an Optos Daytona along with all the traditional equipment you would expect. Being the only doctor onsite, you will have considerable autonomy in a relatively low stress environment. This is a unique opportunity to start from the beginning and make it your own. There will be room for growth as the location becomes more established. Compensation includes a base hourly rate along with multiple achievable performance bonuses. Benefits include health and dental insurance, 401K with matching and PTO. Qualifications Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state license to practice optometry. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while maintaining professionalism.
