Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Optometrist to join our patient-centric healthcare team. You will provide comprehensive eye care services in a modern clinic equipped with OCT technology and RevolutionEHR. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive vision and ocular health examinations. Diagnose and manage eye diseases (glaucoma, cataracts, diabetic retinopathy). Utilize OCT diagnostic imaging and manage digital charting via RevolutionEHR. Prescribe corrective lenses, contact lenses, and tailored visual aids. Educate patients on preventative care and treatment plans. Qualifications Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid, unrestricted Massachusetts Optometry License (Required). TPA Certified (Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agents) (Required). Familiarity with EHR systems and advanced diagnostic equipment. Excellent clinical judgment and interpersonal communication skills. If your Massachusetts Optometry License is pending graduation, board exams, or state processing, you are highly encouraged to apply!
Paid Pre-License Training Available:
To ensure a smooth transition, selected candidates can begin working immediately as a Clinical Technician . You will get paid hands-on training with our Doctor, master our RevolutionEHR workflow, and become an expert with our OCT technology. This ensures you are fully prepared to step into your role and practice independently when your license clears and your insurance panel credentialing is finalized. Please note your anticipated licensure date on your application.
