Job Description

FT OD wanted: $175k W2 Base with no benefits or $150k base W2 + achievable bonus on top, and benefits package + PTO etc. Volume is About 15 - 20 pts a day. Full scope care, latest high-tech office equipped with OCT, in Clinton, Waldorf, and La Plata Maryland, about 20-40 min from Washington DC or Alexandria

license required. A 4 days position is also available if that is what the candidate is interested in for $120k base W2 + benefits / bonus or 140k W2 no benefits. Established interesting non-monotonous disease-based practice with lots of Red eyes / dry eye treatment, Diabetics, GLC suspects, HTN, Cats, Punctal plugs, etc. •The right candidate should enjoy full scope care, not just refract and refer everything out. •I am not looking for a doctor who just wants to be a refractionist and who can not handle EMR and current technology. The office is well equipped with all the toys such as the latest EMR, Eidon Widefield Fundus camera, VF, Marco
TRS 5100
Auto phoropter, Ant Seg camera, and Topcon Maestro OCT. All of these allow great pt care and revenue for the bonus. 4 office locations allow for a flexible schedule and vacation coverage. Familiarity with billing and coding is a plus. This is a long-term well-paying position with a great W2 base of 150k and the potential of easily making a bonus plus all the benefits of a FT job. Benefits pkg has CE, Malpractice Insurance, PTO flex days, sick days, major holidays off, etc.
